Current Position :Help Desk Administrator, Mount Kenya University

Responsibilities

  1. Attending clients inside and outside campus at the Help desk using the E-Ticketing System
  2. Supporting staff/clients through a series of actions either face to face or over telephone.
  3. Troubleshooting systems and LAN Network problems in the computer lab.
  4. Marketing the institution online using E-Commerce strategies.
  5. Coordinating E-Learning systems.
