Responsibilities
- Attending clients inside and outside campus at the Help desk using the E-Ticketing System
- Supporting staff/clients through a series of actions either face to face or over telephone.
- Troubleshooting systems and LAN Network problems in the computer lab.
- Marketing the institution online using E-Commerce strategies.
- Coordinating E-Learning systems.
