Luckland is an experienced customer care, communication and marketing practitioner. Highly experienced, efficient, innovative and versatile in handling customers’ demands. Luckland philosophy is that “a customer is always very right” a belief that pushes him to promptly attend to customer’s needs to their satisfaction. His roles involves resolving all students concerns to their closure, guiding students on how to navigate the MKU students portals to access all learning content and educating student on all programs offered by Odel directorate at MKU.

A member of Marketing Society of Kenya No.  A1197/MSK, he hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Diploma in Business Management. Currently undertaking research project for his MBA. He has attended several trainings on people engagement and public speaking. This skills has sharpened him in handling all students’ matters.
