Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring of teaching and learning for DIBEL students and lecturers
- Providing Technical Support to both DIBEL students and lecturers
- Planning and preparation of monitoring matrix
- Monitoring uploading and grading of coursework in the e-learning management system.
- Monitoring use of tools and content delivery in the e-learning management system.
- Planning and organizing training for both new and continuing DIBEL and virtual students.
- Organizing trainings for the DIBEL lecturers
- SCORM Content Design and implementation (digitization, formatting, voicing and publishing)
- Ensuring security for E-Content, the System and other E-Records
- Planning and Organizing of Distance learning examinations
- Planning and scheduling for Examinations Administration for distance learning students.
