  4. Monitoring uploading and grading of coursework in the e-learning management system.
  5. Monitoring use of tools and content delivery in the e-learning management system.
  6. Planning and organizing training for both new and continuing DIBEL and virtual students.
  7. Organizing trainings for the DIBEL lecturers
  8. SCORM Content Design and implementation (digitization, formatting, voicing and publishing)
  9. Ensuring security for E-Content, the System and other E-Records
  10. Planning and Organizing of Distance learning examinations
  11. Planning and scheduling for Examinations Administration for distance learning students.
